Finance Systems Business Analyst

Location: Warsaw - Prosta, Poland; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Support strategic and tactical projects for Finance and Financial Systems.
• Prepare business cases, assessments, communication plans, detailed project plans, and project updates.
• Research issues, perform tactical analysis, recommend solutions, and identify process improvements.
• Test financial system enhancements and upgrades while supporting IT, user groups, and production users.
• Perform data analysis and process mapping for accounting operations, including evaluating robotics and other solutions.
• Lead small teams on minor projects, track tasks and issues, coordinate follow-ups, and escalate risks when appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Commercial experience in business analysis, preferably in accounting or finance.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple projects in a global environment.
