Patient Access Liaison (Miami, FL)

Location: Field based in Miami, FL; Broward County, FL or Orlando, FL. The role requires residence within 25 miles of the assigned territory borders and at least 50% travel by air and car within the assigned geography.

Base salary: $180,000–$200,000 USD per annum, plus discretionary bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Support healthcare sites with REMS certification, patient enrollment, and operational readiness for treatment delivery.
• Provide compliant education on coverage, coding, benefit investigations, prior authorizations, appeals, reimbursement, and affordability programs.
• Guide case management and help resolve patient access barriers through approved buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, HUB, and support pathways.
• Coordinate treatment logistics and scheduling across sites, REMS requirements, specialty pharmacies, distribution partners, and external support networks.
• Maintain account plans, stakeholder relationships, and accurate CRM documentation across the assigned geography.
• Share field insights and collaborate with Sales, Site of Care Account Leads, and other matrix partners while maintaining non-promotional boundaries.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of field reimbursement, patient access, and case management experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or specialty healthcare environments.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy programs, patient support services, coverage, benefit verification, prior authorization, appeals, affordability programs, and compliant access resources.
• Experience supporting patient progression from referral through treatment initiation and building relationships with treatment sites and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree and valid driver’s license.
• Must reside within 25 miles of the assigned territory borders in the Miami, Broward County, or Orlando area and be willing to travel 50% or more.
• Employment visa sponsorship is not available; applicants must already have employment rights in the United States.
