DSL Compiler Engineer

What you will do

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize compilers for domain-specific programming languages.
• Collaborate with hardware design teams and external partners on compatibility and optimization.
• Analyze, debug, and resolve complex issues in compilers, software tools, and programming languages.
• Test and validate compiler functionality for performance, robustness, and reliability.
• Contribute to language standards groups and improve existing compiler tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of compiler development experience, master’s degree with 2+ years, or a relevant PhD with no prior professional experience required.
• Experience developing and debugging compilers or related software tools.
• Strong programming skills in C, C++, or similar languages.
• Knowledge of heterogeneous software programming and programming language principles.
• Familiarity with modern software development methodologies and toolchains.
• Ability to work on-site in Gdansk, Poland.

• Experience contributing to open-source compiler projects or language standards groups.
