Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Epic and Healthcare IT

What you will do

• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for Epic and healthcare IT talent across service lines, capabilities, and workforce needs.
• Source and engage passive candidates through professional networks, referrals, industry groups, user communities, databases, events, social platforms, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain pipelines for current openings, anticipated project demand, managed services needs, and long-term capabilities.
• Manage full-cycle searches from intake and sourcing through screening, interview coordination, selection, offer acceptance, and preboarding transition.
• Use labor-market and recruiting data to identify talent-pool gaps, process delays, candidate-engagement issues, and project-fulfillment risks.
• Collaborate with Marketing and business partners on employer branding content, recruitment campaigns, and talent attraction strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Healthcare IT recruiting experience, including direct sourcing of Epic-certified or Epic-experienced professionals.
• Knowledge of Epic applications, certifications, implementation phases, optimization work, support models, and healthcare IT project structures.
• Experience recruiting for healthcare consulting, managed services, payer, provider, or healthcare technology organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, sourcing, pipelining, assessment, and selection skills.
• Familiarity with Workday, Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar recruiting platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience using artificial intelligence, automation, or AI-enabled recruiting tools.
• Post-secondary education, or additional experience in lieu of a degree.
