Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Staffing – Epic & Healthcare IT

Location: US - National; occasional travel up to 10%.

What you will do

• Build and maintain pipelines of Epic and healthcare IT consultants across clinical, revenue cycle, technical, data and analytics, and leadership specialties.
• Source and engage passive candidates through professional networks, referrals, industry groups, user communities, events, social platforms, and direct outreach.
• Partner with Staffing and Delivery leaders to understand project demand and align qualified consultants with client engagements.
• Qualify consultants based on skills, certifications, availability, project experience, and client requirements.
• Use labor-market insights and recruiting data to address pipeline gaps, process delays, candidate engagement issues, and project-fulfillment risks.
• Support recruitment marketing, talent events, campaigns, content, and employer-branding initiatives with Marketing and internal teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of healthcare IT recruiting and sourcing experience, including project-based consultants and professionals across multiple disciplines.
• Direct experience sourcing and recruiting Epic-certified or Epic-experienced professionals.
• Knowledge of Epic applications, healthcare IT project environments, consulting workforce models, and healthcare consulting or managed-services organizations.
• Proven success building pipelines in competitive, specialized talent markets and developing sourcing strategies.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, stakeholder-management, prioritization, and responsiveness skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
