Senior Business Systems Analyst (Infor CloudSuite Industrial)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $130,000–$145,000 base salary per year, plus eligibility for an annual incentive plan.

What you will do

• Provide primary support for Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine), including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Configure and extend SyteLine IDOs, maintain APS/MRP planning parameters, and administer security groups and form-level permissions.
• Build Dataviews and Mongoose reports and support Factory Track, barcode scanning, BarTender, and Doc-Trak.
• Support site rollouts and upgrades through requirements gathering, testing, and go-live.
• Support EDI transactions and integrations with other applications, including middleware-based interfaces.
• Write functional specifications, test plans, work instructions, and SOPs; train users across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and finance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a techno-functional ERP analyst, preferably with SyteLine.
• Deep knowledge of SyteLine and ERP processes across discrete manufacturing and warehousing.
• Experience with SyteLine APS/MRP setup, security administration, modifications, T-SQL queries, and stored procedures.
• Experience supporting the full implementation lifecycle, from discovery through post-launch support.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and communicate effectively in live and virtual settings.
• Degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing or distribution.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infor SyteLine 9.x–10.x, Factory Track, or Doc-Trak.
• Experience with EDI integrations, purchase-order automation platforms, or Boomi middleware.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
