Senior Lead Technical Manager

Location: Hybrid; must be near one of the US offices in McLean, Virginia, Dallas, Texas, or Memphis, Tennessee. Travel up to 5%.

Salary: $110,000–$160,000 per year, depending on experience and location. Eligibility for the hirify.global Annual Incentive Bonus Plan may also apply.

What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives from planning through resolution and delivery.
• Bridge business and technology teams by aligning requirements, reviewing solution designs, and assessing scalability.
• Facilitate collaboration across business technology teams, core technology teams, enterprise application owners, SaaS vendors, and external partners.
• Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, steering committee materials, and decision documentation.
• Create architecture and data-flow diagrams, process flows, integration designs, and technical options assessments.
• Ensure testing, validation, support models, and transition materials are ready for production operations.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional experience in technology or a related field, including complex enterprise initiatives.
• At least 6 years in management consulting or an internal consulting-style role.
• At least 6 years of experience with enterprise ERP technologies such as PeopleSoft or equivalent platforms, or Coupa.
• Experience with Coupa–ERP integrations, related business processes, data integrity, scalability, and operational readiness.
• Working knowledge of system integrations, APIs, SFTP or file-based exchanges, SaaS solutions, and solution architecture.
• Must be near one of the three US office locations: McLean, Dallas, or Memphis.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent technology experience through an associate degree or high school diploma/GED.
• More than 10 years of professional technology experience.
• Project Management Professional certification.
