Product Manager (Packaging)

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, USA; travel up to 50% in the US and Canada.

What you will do

• Own the full sales lifecycle for Skyline and Axon opportunities under $100,000.
• Deliver revenue targets, grow the segment, and develop pipeline through installed-base and repeat-business opportunities.
• Manage high-volume opportunities, improve response times, and increase quote-to-order conversion.
• Act as a subject-matter expert for Skyline and Axon product lines, standardizing configurations, pricing, and proposals.
• Coordinate with regional sales managers on strategic-deal handoffs and upsell opportunities.
• Improve quoting speed and accuracy, implement scalable sales processes, and report KPIs and performance insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, product management, or capital equipment.
• Strong commercial acumen and sales discipline.
• Ability to travel up to 50% in the US and Canada.
• Experience in packaging machinery is preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; employment eligibility is verified through E-Verify.
