PD Inside Sales Account Specialist (Product Development)

What you will do

• Manage customer inquiries, quotes, orders, returns, and claims.
• Review customer requirements and provide accurate pricing and product availability.
• Process and acknowledge orders promptly while supporting a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Product Management to meet customer needs and support on-time delivery.
• Analyze sales and customer data, resolve issues proactively, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build product knowledge and support cross-functional projects and operational activities.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in sales, customer service, or business.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
• Experience using an ERP or SAP system.
• Ability to work onsite in Highland Heights, Kentucky, United States.
