Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Aerospace)

Location: Austin, TX, United States; on-site. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, conditional residents, asylees, refugees, or eligible to obtain the required U.S. Department of State authorizations.

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create recruitment strategies.
• Source, identify, and engage technical candidates across aerospace, engineering, and software disciplines.
• Assess candidates’ technical capabilities for complex engineering positions.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including screening, interviews, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiation.
• Build candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, conferences, networking events, and targeted sourcing campaigns.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition projects with engineering and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited institution.
• At least 5 years of technical recruiting experience in the aerospace, space, or defense industries.
• Prior experience in aerospace or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience recruiting for aerospace, electrical, mechanical, software, and other engineering roles.
• Strong networking, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions.
• Eligibility under U.S. space technology export regulations is required.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for electrical engineering disciplines such as digital hardware, power electronics, FPGA, RF, and antenna design.
• Experience developing networking events, industry outreach, and creative sourcing campaigns.
