What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for sales, technical, and engineering roles.
- Assess candidates rigorously and improve quality of hire, time to productivity, and business impact.
- Build structured interview processes, competency assessments, scorecards, and hiring playbooks.
- Run efficient recruiting workflows by improving handoffs, scheduling, automation, and debrief logistics.
- Close senior candidates through competitive processes, including counteroffers and competing opportunities.
- Partner with hiring managers on role calibration, hiring decisions, and business alignment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 3 years focused on sales, technical, or engineering recruiting.
- Experience building structured interview processes and influencing hiring decisions.
- Demonstrated success closing senior candidates in competitive markets.
- Strong data fluency, including tracking recruiting metrics and acting on insights.
- Experience in a fast-moving startup or high-growth environment.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Nice to have
- Recruiting experience in AI, machine learning, healthcare technology, or organizations partnering with health systems.
- Experience building early-stage recruiting infrastructure, including playbooks, scorecards, and leveling guides.
- Familiarity with clinical or regulated hiring contexts.
- Exposure to compensation strategy and senior individual contributor or leadership-level offer construction.
