Contract Technical Recruiter (HealthTech)

Location: Remote - USA

Salary: $76,900–$100,000 USD base salary

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a subset of technology teams.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, job descriptions, interview plans, and sourcing strategies.
• Track, analyze, and share pipeline and performance data to support hiring decisions.
• Develop creative sourcing approaches to engage passive candidates and increase pipeline diversity.
• Use market intelligence and funnel metrics to guide searches and advise leaders on hiring challenges.
• Act as the first point of contact for candidates by presenting Clover and its hiring teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of technical recruiting experience, including at least 1 year in-house.
• Experience recruiting for varied technical skill sets, preferably in a high-growth HealthTech organization.
• Strong understanding of the US HealthTech space and experience sourcing, assessing, and pitching candidates with niche skills.
• Demonstrated accountability, ownership, process leadership, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience using Greenhouse, GEM, LinkedIn, and AI tools for job descriptions, hiring plans, and talent maps.
• Ability to work remotely from the USA.
