Inventory Analyst (Aviation)

What you will do

• Extract technical inventory data and prepare KPI and operational dashboards for supply chain performance monitoring.
• Review inventory accuracy, identify data-quality issues in the ERP, and recommend corrective actions.
• Generate inventory-level recommendations for consumable and rotable aviation parts.
• Prepare inventory reports, conduct variance analysis against finance reports, and track technical spend versus budget.
• Support inventory holding strategies, process documentation, audits, and departmental projects.
• Coordinate with surplus customers to support revenue generation from surplus parts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain data analytics and inventory management, preferably in aviation.
• Understanding of aviation ERP inventory and materials management modules; AMOS experience is preferred.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI; Oracle SQL knowledge is preferred.
• Strategic and tactical thinking, analytical ability, and cost-management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure in multicultural environments.
