What you will do

• Oversee the Equipment Planning Team and align planning with engineering and project requirements.
• Coordinate equipment needs, purchases, sub-rentals, and facility or service requirements with Technical Managers.
• Manage external resource procurement and rentals, including vendor sourcing, negotiations, cost control, and documentation.
• Forecast demand, track equipment availability, and coordinate with Engineering, Warehouse, Logistics, and Sales teams.
• Monitor project progress, adjust team assignments, and respond to client change requests.
• Improve equipment planning processes and support budgets for procurement, maintenance, and lifecycle management.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in materials planning or inventory management.
• Leadership, interpersonal, planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to remain composed and manage work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of at least two relevant job areas and a good grasp of broadcasting equipment and components.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel.
• Full English proficiency required.
