Operative Buyer (Procurement)

What you will do

• Manage operational purchasing activities, including purchase requests, RFQs, and purchase order issuance.
• Monitor and expedite supplier order books to ensure delivery commitments are met.
• Process delivery discrepancies, returns, claims, and supplier invoices in a timely manner.
• Track and document procurement information according to established procedures.
• Coordinate with logistics, transportation, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate goods receipt documentation.
• Maintain supplier relationships and support access formalities for material deliveries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of related procurement experience.
• General knowledge of computer systems and basic purchasing and logistics education.
• Ability to improve operations, learn and share knowledge, and maintain cooperation with internal and external customers and suppliers.
• Structured working approach and consistent use of established processes and work instructions.
• Good command of English, verbally and in writing.
• Driver's license and successful security vetting in accordance with ISO 27001+.
