Inventory Admin (R5850) (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Maintain and update inventory records in Costpoint ERP.
• Perform cycle counts, reconcile physical inventory with system records, and report discrepancies.
• Receive, transfer, stock, and issue parts, kits, materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Verify returned kits and ensure inventory is accurate and in acceptable condition.
• Support kit builds, packouts, equipment staging, deployments, and demo preparation.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, teammates, and internal or external customers.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of inventory clerk or similar experience with ERP systems.
• Availability to work either 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. or 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
• Strong math, analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with close attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel or comparable spreadsheet software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and demonstrate accountability and integrity in inventory handling.

Nice to have

• Three or more years of ERP inventory experience.
• Forklift operator certification.
• Experience with RFID scanner inventory systems.
• Manufacturing and MS Office experience.
