Sales Development Executive-Courier (Commercial Print & Marketing)

Location: Smyrna, Tennessee, United States; onsite

Salary: USD 50,000–55,000 per year. For at least the first six months, a non-recoverable draw of USD 50,000–150,000 per year is expected, with unlimited commission potential.

What you will do

• Promote and sell commercial print and marketing products and services within an assigned territory and customer portfolio.
• Generate sales leads through prospect research, daily cold calls, customer visits, and ongoing relationship development.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Respond to complex inquiries, negotiate prices and delivery times within authority, and close sales orders.
• Track customer feedback and competitor activity and share market information internally.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of relevant sales experience.
• Clear knowledge of the sales cycle and the ability to make daily cold calls.
• Ability to present to C-level and senior management executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, business acumen, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to organize resources, evaluate alternatives, and develop effective solutions.
• Familiarity with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; a four-year or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
