What you will do

  • Coordinate and monitor shipments by air, sea, and land.
  • Prepare and process invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, bills of lading, and other shipping documents.
  • Track shipment status and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and operations teams to support smooth logistics execution.
  • Maintain accurate shipment records and update logistics systems and platforms.
  • Assist with operational issues related to shipments and delivery schedules.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding and/or logistics.
  • Associate or diploma degree.
  • Good written and oral English.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous approach and strong attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn, hard-working attitude, and target orientation.

Nice to have

  • Mandarin language skills.
