Business Development Manager (Pumps)

Location: Texas, United States; travel within the US up to 50% of the time

What you will do

• Generate incremental aftermarket business by identifying spare-parts and service opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer decision-makers, sales engineers, distributors, and aftermarket stakeholders.
• Develop installation lists, product and price lists, and recommended spare-parts lists for customer accounts.
• Define account-specific aftermarket strategies and support sales teams in developing and selling parts.
• Conduct customer meetings and onsite installation-list activities to identify parts growth opportunities.
• Coordinate QR code plate campaigns for pumps operating at customer sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Previous business experience and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Availability and willingness to travel within the US up to 50% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP Baan.
• Experience with rotating equipment.
