Senior Associate, HR Business Partner (AI)

Location: Newport Beach, CA, USA

Base salary: $93,000–$112,500 per year, plus a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day HR support for assigned business areas in partnership with senior HR Business Partners.
• Manage core employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding.
• Handle complex, high-volume employee and business inquiries with sound judgment and discretion.
• Coordinate talent initiatives such as talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management cycles.
• Use HR data and analytics to identify trends and support evidence-based decisions.
• Advance process optimization and technology-enabled HR solutions through Workday, ServiceNow, AI, and RPA initiatives.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple workstreams with minimal oversight.

• Ability to collaborate with HR colleagues, Centers of Excellence, business stakeholders, and senior HR Business Partners.
