Talent Business Partner, Manager (AI)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States. This is a hybrid full-time role requiring onsite work at the Boston headquarters Tuesday through Thursday; Monday and Friday are work-from-home. Occasional travel of approximately 15–20% may be required.

Annual base salary: $110,000–$123,750 per year, varying by location, knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional compensation may include equity, bonuses, commissions, and benefits.

What you will do

• Translate Technology business priorities and talent signals into quarterly people execution strategies.
• Analyze engagement, performance, attrition, workforce, employee relations, and manager-effectiveness data to identify trends and recommend interventions.
• Advise Director-level Technology leaders on organization design, workforce planning, succession, role clarity, manager capability, team effectiveness, and change management.
• Coach managers and leaders on feedback, development, performance differentiation, accountability, and team effectiveness.
• Lead or support employee relations matters, investigations, performance issues, accommodations, and organizational changes in partnership with Legal.
• Use approved GenAI tools to create scalable talent workflows, leader materials, playbooks, and manager enablement resources while protecting confidential information.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HRBP, People Strategy, Talent Business Partner, Talent Relations, or related People experience.
• Experience advising and influencing Director-level leaders and managers in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
• Experience building and executing people plans with milestones, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills, including interpreting people data, developing hypotheses, identifying trends, and producing recommendations.
• Working knowledge of employee relations, performance management, compensation, talent acquisition, workforce planning, inclusion practices, and U.S. and Canadian employment law considerations.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; responsible GenAI use is required.

Nice to have

• 2+ years supporting Technology leaders in Engineering, Applied Research, Product, Analytics, UX Design, or related teams.
• Experience supporting global, multi-site, or geographically distributed organizations.
• Experience with Workday, Visier, HR analytics, AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude, and data visualization tools.
• Experience designing or scaling AI-enabled People workflows and manager enablement materials.
• Coaching, organization design, change management, HR, or employment-practice training or certification.
