What you will do

• Define multi-domain platform product strategy aligned with engineering, AI Delivery, enterprise architecture, and product needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve reuse, scalability, governance, developer productivity, AI-assisted delivery quality, and speed to value.
• Shape roadmaps, migration strategies, adoption pathways, investment sequencing, and AI-first operating models for internal platform capabilities.
• Advise senior engineering and architecture leaders on platform trade-offs, service ownership, governance, responsible AI, and agentic coding enablement.
• Lead ambiguous, cross-cutting platform initiatives and influence executive and senior technical forums.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of platform product managers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in product management, platform leadership, technical product management, enterprise technology leadership, data/AI products, or related fields.
• Proven success shaping enterprise-scale platform strategy and influencing senior technical and business leaders.
• Deep expertise in at least one internal platform domain, such as data platforms, AI/ML enablement, developer platforms, APIs, identity and access, knowledge graphs, cloud architecture, or governance.
• Fluency with AI tools and responsible AI-first product practices.
• Experience building and developing high-performing platform product teams, establishing accountability, and creating succession pipelines.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
