Senior Staff Product Manager (AI/Data Platform)

Location: Mountain View, California or San Diego, California, United States

Base pay: $205,500–$278,000 annually, plus potential bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of an enterprise execution data platform and its AI experiences.
• Prioritize data-source integrations, organizational onboarding, and data-quality standards based on customer impact and cost.
• Translate program-manager and technology-leader workflows into product requirements, data contracts, and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with engineering and architecture on retrieval, grounding, entity resolution, agent orchestration, freshness, cost, and evaluation decisions.
• Define privacy, security, access control, tenancy isolation, consent, auditability, and transparency capabilities.
• Build alignment across product, engineering, program management, and business teams while communicating strategy and trade-offs to executives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience delivering platform, data, or large-scale enterprise products.
• Experience shipping AI-powered products using large language models, retrieval and grounding, agents or tool use, and conversational interfaces.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, schema, entity resolution, lineage, freshness, governance, and API-first or agent-consumable products.
• Experience with enterprise access control, tenancy, consent, retention, auditability, experimentation, and data-driven prioritization.
• Ability to define strategy, influence without authority, build cross-organizational coalitions, and communicate with both engineering teams and executive audiences.
• BS/MS in a technical field preferred, or equivalent experience.
