Senior Business Analyst (Partner Engineering)

What you will do

• Assess partner onboarding, integration, testing, and support processes across hirify.global ERP products.
• Work with internal stakeholders, ISVs, service partners, channel partners, and other third parties to gather requirements and identify dependencies.
• Define and operationalize a standardized Partner Engineering Operating Model covering architecture, security, data governance, identity, releases, and support.
• Translate complex business and technical needs into requirements, priorities, recommendations, and actionable workstreams.
• Define future-state goals and roadmaps for a consistent, scalable partner model.
• Lead cross-functional discussions and drive progress without direct authority or a dedicated engineering team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Experience integrating companies, partners, products, or third-party solutions and managing cross-company dependencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including discovery facilitation and stakeholder collaboration.
• Working knowledge of software development lifecycle processes, cloud concepts, API gateways, test environments, and test data sets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

• Experience with ISVs, technology partners, service partners, channel partners, or other third-party ecosystems.
• Experience with ERP platforms or enterprise software environments.
• Experience improving operating models, governance frameworks, integration processes, or partner onboarding workflows.
• Experience using agentic tools to improve collaboration, solution quality, and delivery speed.
