Sr. Business Operations Manager (Mental Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; currently not hiring in Hawaii

Salary: $166,000–$192,850 annual base salary; equity offered and no bonus for this role.

What you will do

• Lead complex, strategic, cross-functional projects that support continued business growth.
• Define mental models, decompose ambiguous problems, establish requirements, and develop recommendations from self-served data.
• Translate business goals into operational plans across multidisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate stakeholders and independently own initiatives from initial vision through measurable impact.
• Design performance measurement systems and operating mechanisms.
• Partner with senior leaders, drive alignment, and facilitate challenging conversations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of combined experience in management consulting, business operations and strategy, financial analysis, demand planning, or strategic planning within high-growth or mid-sized companies.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or higher degree.
• Intermediate analytical modeling skills using Google Sheets and Excel.
• Ability to independently write SQL queries regularly.
• Experience converting goals into operational plans, measuring performance, and designing systems or mechanisms across multidisciplinary teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, executive presence, and experience partnering directly with senior leaders.

Nice to have

• Experience in a startup or fast-paced company environment.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Looker, Hex, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Experience delivering long-term projects requiring at least six months of continuous multidisciplinary coordination.
• 0-to-1 experience launching new business lines, products, or major strategic initiatives.
