  • Experience conducting design reviews, qualification reviews, or major change assessments.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, diplomacy, emotional intelligence, and technical influence skills.
  • Experience with complex aerospace, mission-critical, or safety-critical systems and hands-on hardware design, assembly, integration, or testing.
  • Must be a U.S. person under U.S. export-control rules or otherwise eligible for deemed export licensing.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Responsible Engineering, Systems Engineering, Office of the Chief Engineer, or Reliability Engineering.
  • Knowledge of fracture control, reliability methodologies, human-rated hardware standards, manufacturing processes, materials selection, and hardware qualification.
  • Experience creating engineering standards, review templates, or technical guidance frameworks.
  • Strong scripting and data analysis skills with Python, MATLAB, or Excel, plus familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Systems-level intuition and the ability to anticipate and articulate risks early.

Culture & Benefits

  • Full-time exempt position with company equity.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents.
  • Paid time off, paid parental leave, disability insurance, life insurance, and access to a 401(k) plan.
