Operations Manager II (Manufacturing)

Location: Anoka, Minnesota, United States; onsite manufacturing facility

Salary: $105,000–$195,000 per year, with potential eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

• Lead daily production activities across assigned value streams and deliver current operational commitments.
• Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives, eliminate waste, and build a continuous improvement culture.
• Track daily performance, develop value stream maps, and implement improvement plans.
• Manage production employees, including hiring, training, performance management, attendance, discipline, and recognition.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and support safety programs.
• Support new process and product development while leading improvement projects.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of manufacturing operations experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience preferred.
• Understanding of Lean manufacturing concepts.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Conflict-resolution skills and the ability to reach effective solutions.
• Associate or bachelor's degree is an asset.
