Salary: $67,200–$100,800 per hour

What you will do

• Supervise UXO reconnaissance, location, recovery, classification, identification, excavation, and disposal activities.
• Direct segregation and disposal of hazardous ordnance, propellants, ammunition, and related components by burning or detonation.
• Plan disposal methods, demolition material requirements, operational controls, and range clearance activities.
• Prepare SOPs, status reports, technical reports, clearance sweep plans, and project documentation.
• Train UXO personnel and munitions destroyers in range safety, demolition techniques, hazardous materials handling, and safe work practices.
• Provide safety observer and escort services, respond to ammunition and explosives incidents, and support assessment and remediation.

Requirements

• U.S. or naturalized citizenship required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified EOD/UXO qualification under DDESB TP-18 or equivalent.
• 8+ years of explosives ordnance disposal, UXO operations, munitions disposal, or related experience, including supervisory experience.
• State Blaster license, UXO database registration, and ability to obtain a Nevada driver’s license, government security clearance, and ATF clearance.
• Ability to read and write complex documents in English and perform safety-sensitive field duties in demanding environmental conditions.
