Manager of Health, Safety, & Loss Prevention

Location: LAS2 - Las Vegas, NV - W Cheyenne Ave; consistent physical presence on the warehouse floor is required.

What you will do

• Execute site-level health, safety, security, and loss prevention programs across assigned facilities.
• Conduct safety walks, behavioral observations, hazard assessments, and real-time coaching on the operational floor.
• Lead responses and investigations for injuries, near-misses, security events, property damage, theft, fraud, and policy violations.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions to verified closure and report site performance, incident trends, and security risks.
• Maintain physical security controls, inventory integrity, access management, CCTV, visitor protocols, and relationships with local law enforcement.
• Prepare sites for regulatory inspections and customer audits, including OSHA, Hazmat, GMP, GDP, CTPAT, and TAPA requirements where applicable.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in health and safety, loss prevention, or operations compliance in warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience with incident response, structured investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action management.
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards and OSHA 300/300A recordkeeping requirements.
• Experience with physical security, access control, loss prevention, PIT/MHE safety, LOTO, PPE, ergonomics, and Hazmat operations.
• OSHA 30-hour General Industry certification is required. First Aid, CPR, and AED certification is required or must be obtained after hire.
• Ability to work with employees, supervisors, operations leaders, HR, Legal, and regional safety leadership in a high-volume site environment.

Nice to have

• OSHA 500 or equivalent certification and an ASP certification or active pursuit of a safety credential.
• Loss Prevention Qualified, Loss Prevention Certified, Wicklander-Zulawski, or Essentials of Retail Asset Protection certification.
• Experience supporting multiple facilities simultaneously.
