Regional EHS Manager

Location: Phoenix, AZ; onsite role based in an assigned U.S. home market or facility. Up to 25% U.S. travel is required, including overnight travel and temporary support for other regions.

What you will do

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Operations Safety programs across assigned U.S. markets.
• Partner with regional and site Operations leaders on risk-based guidance, field walkthroughs, high-risk work, contractor activities, and operational planning.
• Manage EHS events from response and investigation through root cause analysis, corrective actions, customer documentation, and closure.
• Conduct EHS assessments, observations, focused reviews, and verification of corrective actions.
• Analyze EHS records, leading and lagging indicators, dashboards, and leadership reports.
• Own an assigned EHS subject-matter area and lead related programs, training, metrics, projects, and portfolio-wide improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, Mechanical Systems, or a related field preferred.
• At least five years of EHS experience in critical, industrial, manufacturing, utility, or similarly complex operating environments; data center experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing multiple EHS programs, projects, deadlines, and stakeholders across a geographically dispersed portfolio.
• Working knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1904 and 1910, NFPA 70E, electrical safety, LOTO, contractor requirements, incident investigation, and root cause analysis.
• Experience supporting high-risk work, conducting assessments or audits, developing training, and verifying corrective actions.
• Proficiency with EHS and learning management systems, data analysis, dashboards, and Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as CSP, ASP, CHMM, CIH, or a role-aligned credential.
