Safety Manager (QESH)

Location: Onsite at a hirify.global cold-storage and logistics facility

Company

hirify.global designs, builds, and operates highly automated cold-storage facilities and transport operations supporting the global food supply chain.

What you will do

• Manage and implement Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health policies and procedures across the site.
• Develop training materials and deliver QESH training and communications for employees and new hires.
• Investigate accidents and injuries, identify root causes, and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
• Conduct risk analyses, facility audits, trend analyses, and monthly performance reporting.
• Support equipment installation, emergency response planning, crisis procedures, and PPE management.
• Coordinate with site management, employees, customers, external authorities, insurance inspectors, and regulatory agencies.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health.
• At least 3 years of experience in a light industrial or warehousing environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NIOSH, ANSI, NFPA, BRC, VPP, and First Aid requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to maintain compliance with applicable legislation, customer requirements, certifications, and accreditations.

Nice to have

• Associate Safety Professional (ASP) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification.
