Safety & Security Supervisor

Location: Perris, California, United States — onsite at Warehouse 16884

Salary: $72,600–$80,300 annual base pay, plus potential equity, bonuses, commissions, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead life safety and security standards, systems, processes, and initiatives across the assigned distribution site.
• Implement and maintain the Injury and Illness Prevention Plan, safety orientation, annual training, and accountability programs.
• Inspect facilities, identify hazards and security risks, support regulatory compliance, and develop corrective action plans.
• Prepare for and respond to critical incidents, submit security incident reports, and support investigations.
• Conduct physical security, camera system, access control, and guard coverage checks.
• Provide daily guidance to third-party guards and oversee 10–15 Safety and Security Agents while collaborating with site management.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of dedicated safety, security, or similar experience.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and regulations is required.
• Experience with powered industrial vehicle operation, training, and safety oversight.
• Experience in a fulfillment or distribution center environment.
• Ability to communicate, train, coach, and collaborate with operations management and warehouse associates.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma experience.
• Previous safety experience at Amazon or Target.
• Experience with Gensuite or InfoLink.
• Security-related experience.
