Location: Boston Hub, United States; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office

Salary: $107,885–$161,827 per year

What you will do

• Provide legal advice and coordinate legal work across global direct-to-consumer retail activities.
• Advise on consumer protection, compliance, privacy, digital marketing, and consumer-facing digital services.
• Support ecommerce operations, the hirify.global loyalty program, personalization, and consumer engagement initiatives.
• Review and advise on commercial agreements, licenses, digital procurement, and licensed partner programs.
• Partner with business, Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management stakeholders across multiple geographies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Law or an equivalent university-level legal qualification.
• Post-graduate legal experience in an international environment.
• Experience providing legal advice on consumer protection, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Experience supporting direct-to-consumer ecommerce or comparable consumer-facing digital or retail businesses.
• Experience handling online commerce, digital marketing, or consumer-facing digital services matters.
• Ability to work from the Boston Hub with an average of 3 days per week in the office.

Nice to have

• Experience with commercial, digital, or data-driven legal matters.
• Experience supporting loyalty programs, CRM, personalization, or consumer engagement.
• Knowledge of data privacy laws relevant to direct-to-consumer ecommerce.
