Salary: $188,000 – $235,000 Yearly

What you will do

• Support a broad range of media buying, advertising technology, and performance media matters.
• Serve as a key legal partner to marketing, influencer engagement, procurement, privacy, and technology stakeholders.
• Manage a high volume of media and agency transactions through a sophisticated forms-contract practice.
• Provide practical advice on digital advertising arrangements and traditional media buying.
• Identify company-wide trends and build consensus to manage them efficiently across the organization.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant legal experience in digital media, adtech, data-driven marketing, or media agency agreements.
• J.D. from a highly-rated law school and an undergraduate degree.
• Good standing in at least one state bar.
• Ability and willingness to register to practice in California.
• Strong negotiating, drafting, and practice-management skills.
