Instructor (Crane, Rigging, Industrial)

Location: United States; in-person instruction with frequent weekly air travel, including out-of-state and occasional overseas assignments. Candidates must be U.S. residents and authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 annually, plus eligibility for a quarterly bonus.

What you will do

• Deliver in-person crane, rigging, and industrial maintenance training at client locations and company training centers.
• Travel weekly, typically Sunday through Thursday or Friday, with assignments lasting 3–6 days or longer.
• Prepare for programs through self-study and master new content to earn additional instructor sign-offs.
• Communicate with clients to confirm program details, answer questions, and support successful delivery.
• Coordinate with sales staff and other instructors to plan and execute training programs.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in construction or an industrial environment, plus five years conducting, managing, or planning crane, rigging, or lifting activities.
• Experience with crane-load rigging, rigging inspection, signaling, crane operation or maintenance, lift planning, lift-plan review, or lifting safety assessments.
• Must be a United States resident and authorized to work in the United States for any employer without restrictions.
• Must be able to travel frequently by air, hold or obtain a passport, and work away from home for 3–6 days at a time.
• Strong client communication, travel planning, documentation, presentation, self-learning, and administrative accuracy skills.
• Background check, drug and alcohol screening, I-9, and E-Verify are required after receiving an offer.
