Salary: $77,000–$97,000 per year

What you will do

• Teach nursing courses across classroom, clinical, laboratory, and simulation settings, including flexible evening and weekend classes.
• Create inclusive, student-centered learning experiences and provide timely evaluation, feedback, and remediation.
• Lead or support clinical learning experiences while promoting safe, ethical, and professional practice.
• Contribute to curriculum development, course materials, program evaluation, committees, and graduation activities.
• Mentor students and new faculty and collaborate with faculty, clinical partners, and extended service teams.
• Participate in scholarship, research, knowledge dissemination, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in nursing required.
• At least two years of clinical experience required, preferably in mental health.
• Active, unencumbered licensure or certification as required for the role.
• Education, experience, and credentials must meet state-specific teaching and clinical requirements.
• Experience creating engaging learning environments, with strong communication, judgment, collaboration, and conflict-management skills.
• Proficiency with learning management systems, simulation tools, and online learning technologies.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI tools for teaching and improving student outcomes.
• Scholarship in discovery, integration, practice/application, or teaching and learning.
