Associate Director, Brand Strategy

Location: New York, NY, United States; hybrid work with office attendance an average of four days a week

What you will do

• Develop brand and content strategies for customer experience and CRM campaigns.
• Conduct quantitative, qualitative, competitive, and brand-audit research.
• Create strategic briefs, calendars, launch plans, and creative brand direction.
• Own strategy projects, guide creative teams, and maintain client relationships.
• Lead internal and client-facing content strategy workshops.
• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses and new-business pitches.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience as a brand strategist; agency experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a passion for digital storytelling.
• Strong understanding of current digital design practices and technologies.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to move projects forward independently.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule with office attendance in New York approximately four days per week.
