Fullstack Developer (React)

Novakid is an international online English school for children focused on technology-driven education.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the visitor personal account and key funnel stages from landing-page visits to booked lessons.
• Own end-to-end attribution, UTM tracking, and conversion tracking across visitor-to-lead and visitor-to-booking journeys.
• Build server-side integrations with advertising platforms, including Meta CAPI and TikTok Events API.
• Develop and debug backend functionality in Python and Node.js, including endpoints, caching, and server-side rendering.
• Support A/B tests through rollouts, feature flags, and post-experiment code cleanup.
• Investigate production incidents with Sentry and improve public-page performance through Core Web Vitals optimization.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of commercial experience with TypeScript and React.
• Independent backend development with Python and Node.js, including API endpoints, caching, and SSR debugging.
• Practical experience with GTM, event tracking, server-side conversion delivery, and finding data loss in tracking flows.
• Product mindset focused on metrics, hypotheses, and business outcomes.
• English proficiency sufficient for working in an international environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with GDPR and consent mechanisms on public websites.
• Headless WordPress experience.
• End-to-end testing with Playwright or Cypress.
• SQL and BigQuery experience for validating analytics hypotheses.
• Experience with CDN and edge caching, CloudFront, or Sentry-based production error handling.
