Senior Solution Consultant (WMS)

Location: Remote, United Kingdom; willingness to travel approximately 40–50% is required.

What you will do

• Lead customer discovery sessions covering warehouse processes, business priorities, technology environments, constraints, and performance goals.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable WMS solution designs and communicate their operational and commercial value.
• Build and deliver tailored demonstrations and proofs of concept with advanced WMS configuration, test data, success criteria, and automation scenarios.
• Guide discussions about ERP, EDI, API, MHE, WES, and WCS integrations, including configuration, customization, roadmap, and delivery handoffs.
• Engage operational, IT, Finance, Procurement, and C-suite stakeholders through value narratives, ROI analyses, and business cases.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Delivery on deal planning, RFP/RFI responses, competitive positioning, reusable assets, and implementation handoffs.

Requirements

• At least eight years of software or technology experience, including six or more years in WMS-focused solution consulting or presales for medium or complex warehouse environments.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain execution and WMS processes including receiving, put-away, slotting, wave planning, replenishment, cycle counting, returns, labor management, and RF or voice workflows.
• Experience leading warehouse discovery, translating business needs into technical solutions, and delivering demonstrations or proofs of concept connected to measurable KPIs.
• Practical knowledge of warehouse automation and integration technologies, including AMR, MHE, WES, WCS, APIs, EDI, and ERP integration patterns.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, storytelling, and communication skills, with confidence engaging C-suite stakeholders in complex sales opportunities.
• Fluent business English and willingness to travel approximately 40–50% are required.
