What you will do

• Design, configure, develop, test, implement, document, and support scalable ServiceNow applications and solutions.
• Build service catalog offerings, self-service capabilities, workflows, Flow Designer automations, business rules, scripts, and approval processes.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems and manage associated data exchange.
• Evaluate and implement AI, intelligent automation, generative AI, predictive models, and RPA use cases within the ServiceNow platform.
• Contribute to proofs of concept, pilots, project planning, estimation, code reviews, upgrades, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production capabilities, participate in an on-call rotation, and provide after-hours incident support.

Requirements

• Three to five years of ServiceNow development experience, or equivalent enterprise platform-development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, configuration, application development, workflow automation, integrations, ITSM, Service Catalog, and Flow Designer.
• Hands-on AI, machine learning, generative AI, or intelligent automation/RPA experience gained outside a single platform.
• Hands-on experience delivering at least one AI or intelligent automation capability on the ServiceNow platform is required.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs while considering data quality, security, privacy, access control, human oversight, testing, and monitoring.
• Strong collaboration, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and independent workload-management skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or System Administrator certification.
• Experience with additional ServiceNow modules.
• Experience with benefit program administration or Health and Welfare processes.
