Business Intelligence Analyst (AI)

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using advanced reporting tools.
• Collect requirements and collaborate with hirify.global Financial Services, hirify.global Bank, and other departments.
• Implement automation to streamline reporting and improve operational efficiency.
• Extract, manipulate, reconcile, and visualize data using SQL, Python, Power BI, Excel, and related tools.
• Analyze trends and patterns, derive forecasting assumptions, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Maintain data integrity and investigate root causes of recurring data-quality issues.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in business intelligence, financial reporting, data analysis, or a related financial services role.
• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, information management, business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred; applicable experience may be considered.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Excel, and data analysis or visualization tools.
• Ability to use AI and automation tools while applying sound judgment to validate results.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, improve data quality, and develop sustainable solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with consumer or private student loan portfolios.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex functions and VBA.
• Experience with financial analytics tools such as DV01 or Intex.
