Business Intelligence Analyst

Location: Hillsboro, Oregon, United States. Hybrid work model with time split between the assigned hirify.global site and off-site work.

Annual salary: $161,550–$228,070 USD.

What you will do

• Gather, clean, and analyze business data from multiple sources to identify patterns and actionable insights.
• Create compelling data narratives, visualizations, and interactive dashboards.
• Provide strategic hirify.globalligence analysis on emerging industry trends and quantitative findings to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design, test, and deploy business hirify.globalligence solutions.
• Advise on analytical projects and influence product decisions and improvements in business practices.
• Develop business hirify.globalligence scripts and tools while translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, business hirify.globalligence tools, and reporting systems.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting and visualization platforms.
• Experience interpreting market and financial data or supply chain metrics.
• Strong communication, data storytelling, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• This position is not eligible for hirify.global immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• SQL or Python scripting skills and advanced Microsoft Excel expertise.
• Consulting experience or experience with the datacenter, energy, or trade policy industries.
