Quality Data Analyst (AI)

Location: On-site in Loveland, Colorado, United States

Salary: $65,000–$87,000 USD per year, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Analyze quality metrics across the global product portfolio and recommend improvements to product quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain dashboards, automated reports, KPI tracking tools, and analytics infrastructure.
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to identify root causes and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor field quality, warranty data, and customer complaints to identify emerging risks.
• Develop and validate predictive models, classification tools, and AI-enabled analytics solutions.
• Establish data governance standards and improve quality data consistency across systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience in data analysis, quality engineering, or a related analytical role in manufacturing, hardware, or product development.
• Experience with Python, SQL, or similar tools for data preparation, workflow automation, and statistical analysis.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
• Demonstrated ability to translate analytical findings into measurable quality, operational, or process improvements.
• Ability to work on-site in Loveland, Colorado.

Nice to have

• Experience with machine learning, natural language processing, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, or other AI-enabled analytical workflows.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001.
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control, Design of Experiments, or Six Sigma.
• Familiarity with 8D, Fishbone/Ishikawa, or FMEA root cause analysis tools.
• Experience with ERP or PLM systems such as SAP or Oracle.
