Sr. Services Project Manager (Insurance)

Location: Paris, France — hybrid, aligned to the Paris office. The role requires residence within reasonable proximity to Paris, with possible remote work at the start of employment and potential transition to a hybrid schedule. Travel: 10%–15%. Work authorization: legally authorized to work in France.

What you will do

• Lead client projects and programmes from planning through on-time delivery, managing schedules, budgets, scope, deliverables, and change requests.
• Develop estimates and detailed project plans across all delivery phases.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes to protect delivery outcomes.
• Report on milestones, deliverables, financial performance, testing, deployment, risks, and issues to clients, sponsors, leadership, and CIOs.
• Coordinate technology, operations, business, client, and project teams across internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage Statements of Work, contractual commitments, team performance, mentoring, and client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in an analytically oriented field.
• At least eight years of professional experience, including five years leading complex IT or software implementation projects and programmes.
• Experience managing delivery schedules, budgets, margins, forecasts, invoicing, escalations, client governance, and staffing decisions.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent French and English, written and spoken, are required.
• Legal authorization to work in France and residence within reasonable proximity to the Paris office are required.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional certification.
• Knowledge of insurance software, insurance, or reinsurance.
• Working knowledge of Jira and Workday.
