Strategic Project Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional strategic projects within the Strategy team.
• Contribute to defining the company’s strategy and monitor acquisition performance and economic profitability.
• Develop the cross-sell strategy through customer segmentation, competitive analysis, pricing, operating model redesign, and targeted communications.
• Lead the transition of claims handling from an outsourced model to an in-house operation.
• Support international expansion by prioritizing markets and defining entry strategies.
• Launch new insurance products and work on reducing customer churn.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from a top-tier business or engineering school.
• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or strategic project management at a startup or scale-up.
• Ability to break down complex problems, identify key insights, and communicate analytical conclusions clearly.
• Strong analytical, pragmatic, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage several topics in parallel.
• Ability to drive projects end-to-end and remain accountable for results in ambiguous situations.
• Fluent English required.
