Services Project Manager Intern

Location: Paris, France. Hybrid work with 2 remote days per week, 1 remote work week per quarter, and 3 flex days.

Salary: €1,200–€1,400 per month, depending on study level.

What you will do

• Monitor active-country performance across revenue and customer experience using Tableau, and prepare weekly reports and action plans.
• Improve NPS and the claims management process in partnership with the Customer Care team.
• Launch new features for the insurance offer and develop premium business-to-customer services.
• Ensure services meet local customer expectations and requirements by collaborating with marketing, product, country management, legal teams, and local partners.
• Roll out new services and pricing initiatives to increase customer conversion and loyalty.

Requirements

• Six-month internship starting in January 2027, with a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week.
• Fully professional English and French are required.
• Strong analytical skills, including Excel and PowerPoint; SQL is useful but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills with a data-driven approach.
• Proactivity, team spirit, and the ability to coordinate transversal teams.
• An internship agreement from a French school is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or insurtech.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
