What you will do

• Lead digital projects across customer journey, in-service aircraft management, training, flight operations, and business-owned tools.
• Assess and monitor project value throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure on-time, on-cost, and on-quality delivery.
• Consolidate business requirements and the future-state vision to support digital solution design.
• Coordinate change management, user onboarding, adoption, and supplier deliveries.
• Provide project maturity updates to stakeholders and guide cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in project management.
• More than 5 years of project management experience in complex environments.
• Bronze PM certification or equivalent.
• Required knowledge and experience with the Salesforce Survey Module.
• Artificial intelligence knowledge in day-to-day work is mandatory.
• Excellent written and spoken French and English.

• Experience in customer services business lines.
