Project Leader Building & Construction (Aerospace)

Location: Toulouse, France; the role is based at hirify.global Commercial Aircraft sites and involves building and construction projects.

What you will do

• Lead strategic and medium-sized building and construction projects shaping the footprint of the Grand Saint Martin and Blagnac sites.
• Support Facility Management & Real Estate in organizational development and business-critical decisions.
• Drive process improvement through innovation, best-practice sharing, and digital solutions.
• Strengthen collaboration between FMRE service lines within a matrix organization.
• Represent FMRE management in internal and external forums and build relationships with worldwide FMRE teams and internal business partners.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including local authorities and French regulatory representatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Degree or professional background in civil engineering.
• Strong project management experience.
• Ability to collaborate across transdivisional and transnational teams.
• Proven customer and supplier relationship management skills with strong customer focus.
• Proficient written and spoken English and French are required.

Nice to have

• PMI certification.
