Solution Consultant (Property Management)

Location: Remote within Texas, US; listed locations include Fort Worth, TX and Jacksonville, FL.

What you will do

• Deliver client-facing operational, analytical, business, technology, and project management consulting.
• Support BPO client services and SaaS deployments, including onboarding companies, properties, units, and tenants.
• Manage full lifecycle implementation projects and provide strategic guidance.
• Prepare consolidated financial reporting packages and perform bank reconciliations.
• Track fixed assets, manage leases, and coordinate accounts payable processing through a third-party processor.
• Document operational processes and use the F-9 Cumulus Report Writer.

Requirements

• Previous experience with SS&C Skyline, Yardi, or MRI Property Management Software.
• Experience as a Property Accountant supporting commercial and residential properties.
• At least three years of property accounting experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles.
• Ability to work remotely from Texas, US.
