Resource Coordinator EVS-Housekeeping (Healthcare)

Location: On-site at Catherine Gratz Griffin Lake Forest Hospital, 1000 N. Westmoreland, Lake Forest, Illinois. Full-time, 40 hours per week, evening shift from 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., with every other weekend rotation.

Salary: USD 25.46–39.30 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate daily Environmental Services operations, staff assignments, work areas, schedules, and coverage.
• Train, supervise, coach, and support the development and evaluation of housekeeping staff.
• Inspect facility conditions, maintain sanitation and quality standards, and report unsafe conditions.
• Manage housekeeping supplies, equipment orders, inventory, and costs within approved budgets.
• Manage employee schedules and timecards using Kronos ATR and learn related departmental software.
• Coordinate communication with managers, hospital departments, patients, visitors, and other stakeholders during operational or critical situations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions.
• Ability to work on-site during the assigned evening shift and every other weekend.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
